MILWAUKEE, Wis. - Central Michigan soccer coach Peter McGahey often talks about grit and determination.
On Sunday, he saw it from his team.
Madison Costner scored just over five minutes into overtime to give the McGahey's Central Michigan soccer team a dramatic 2-1 non-conference win over Loyola in the final game of the Marquette Invitational.
The victory came two days after the Chippewas dropped a 1-0 decision to a very good Marquette squad. It was the third win in the last four starts for CMU (3-2-1).
