Central Michigan baseball starting pitcher, junior Nick Deeg has been named to the All-Mid-American Conference Tournament Team.
In his one start in the tournament, Deeg threw a complete-game shutout against the No. 2 seeded Ball State Cardinals. In his nine innings of work, he gave up four hits and walked one. He struck out eight Cardinals.
His final season stats include 15 starts, 4-7 record, 3.95 ERA, 86 strikeouts (team high), 98 innings (team high), two complete games.
