The Central Michigan men’s basketball team will head to Kent, Ohio on Saturday (7 p.m.) to take on Kent State in a Mid-American Conference game. The Chippewas have won four consecutive games and are 12-2 overall, 1-0 MAC. Kent State is 6-8, 0-1.
LAST TIME OUT
• CMU opened MAC play with a 75-50 victory at home on Tuesday over Ohio. The Bobcats entered the game averaging 79.8 points per game; their 50 points was a season low.
• CMU outrebounded the Bobcats, 44-35, and forced 17 turnovers. It marked the fifth consecutive game that the Chippewas have outrebounded their opponent, and the 10th time this season.
