MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – The Central Michigan men’s basketball team will vie for its 20th win of the season on Monday when it plays Fort Wayne in an opening-round game in the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament.
It is the Chippewas second trip to the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament in three years and their third postseason berth in the last four seasons.
Tipoff time for the game at Fort Wayne’s Memorial Coliseum is noon. The winner advances to play an opponent to be determined.
HOW THEY GOT THERE
The Chippewas (19-14) bowed out of the Mid-American Conference Tournament with an 89-74 loss to eventual-champion Buffalo.
