CLEVELAND – A three-peat for Central Michigan athletics.
Central Michigan received the Mid-American Conference Institutional Sportsmanship Award for the third consecutive year on Wednesday at the league’s Honors Dinner, a part of the MAC’s annual spring meetings at the Cleveland Renaissance Hotel.
On hand to accept the award, presented by MAC Commissioner, Dr. Jon A. Steinbrecher, were CMU Interim Athletics Director Marcy Weston, Deputy Athletic Director Cristy Freese, Faculty Athletics Representative Kevin Love, and student-athletes Christen Chiesa, Dylan Banagis, Evelyn Lorimer and Derek Edwards.
