DEKALB, Ill. – Presley Hudson and Reyna Frost scored 24 points apiece Wednesday in leading the Central Michigan women’s basketball team to a 109-94 victory over Northern Illinois in a Mid-American Conference basketball game at the Huskies’ Convocation Center.
The Huskies entered the game 9-1 in MAC play and leading the West Division. The Chippewas are now tied for second place with NIU at 9-2, one-half game behind Ball State, which is 10-2 in league play.
CMU is 17-6 overall, NIU is 16-6.
The 24 points was a season-high for Frost, a sophomore forward who hauled down a game-high 18 rebounds for her fourth double-double of the season.
