MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Dominique Hamman recorded a program-record 17 saves on Wednesday as the Central Michigan lacrosse team won its inaugural Southern Conference game, 15-13, at the CMU Lacrosse Stadium.
The Chippewas (5-4) are riding a three-game win streak and are scheduled to play host to Kennesaw State in a nonconference matchup on Saturday (1 p.m.). The Owls are 2-7.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Down 3-2 less than eight minutes into the game, the Chippewas went on a five-goal barrage leading to a 10-7 halftime lead.
