Chippewas Sign 12 On Day 1

BOISE, Idaho – Smack dab in the middle of preparation for the Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, the Central Michigan football program shifted gears on Wednesday and looked to the future.

The Chippewas welcomed the first members of their 2018 recruiting class on the first day of the early signing period that continues through Saturday. Twelve student-athletes signed on to the CMU program on Wednesday.

“Once again, we set our goals on getting bigger, stronger and faster,” CMU coach John Bonamego said. “I feel like we’ve done that again.
