MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – In a dominating performance, 12 Central Michigan players scored as the Chippewa lacrosse team defeated Howard, 19-3, in a nonconference game at the CMU Lacrosse Stadium on Friday.
The Chippewas (6-5) have won four of their last five games and are scheduled for their final home contest of the season on Sunday (noon) against Southern Conference foe Delaware State.
HOW IT HAPPENED
Five goals in the first eight minutes, first sparked by a goal by Sydney Wright, got Central Michigan a quick lead.
