MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. - The Central Michigan baseball team will open the 2018 season with a trip to Brownsville, Texas, the first of three trips to begin the 55-game regular-season campaign.
The Chippewas will play two games each against Texas Rio Grande Valley and Stephen F. Austin in Brownsville, and then will head to Albuquerque, N.M. for a four-game series with New Mexico.
CMU is slated to spend Spring Break in Florida, where it will play in the Westin Lake Mary Stetson Invitational against the host Hatters, Purdue and Virginia Tech.
