Mark Chapman has the talent. And the bloodlines.
He should also have a professional football contract before too long.
Chapman, who finished his Central Michigan football career last fall, is expected to be selected very high – perhaps even No. 1 -- on Thursday in the Canadian Football League draft in Toronto.
“I’m just really excited and anxious,” said Chapman, who finished his CMU career with 2,035 receiving yards, which ranks ninth in program history. “It’s been a lot of waiting around for these past couple of months.
