The national attention continues to pour in for Central Michigan junior guard Marcus Keene.
CBS News correspondent DeMarco Morgan spent time at Chippewas men’s basketball practice Monday morning, sitting down with Keene for a segment that aira Monday night at 6:30 p.m. on the CBS Evening News.
Keene leads the nation in scoring at 30.2 points per game and is on pace to become the first NCAA Division I scorer in 20 years to average at least 30 per.
Central Michigan lost its third consecutive game Saturday evening with a 109-100 home loss to McGuirk Arena, but Keene poured in 40 points in 44 minutes of action.
