With two weeks left in the season, the two teams looking for their first Mid-American Conference win of the year squared off in Mount Pleasant.
It was Bowling Green (2-8, 1-5 MAC) spoiling Central Michigan’s (1-10, 0-7) Senior Day and earning the 24-13 victory on the road. The Falcons were behind 13-0 but scored 24 unanswered points for the comeback win.
Sophomore quarterback Jarret Doege completed 13-of-23 passes for 113 yards and a touchdown. His favorite target was sophomore wide receiver Scott Miller who caught seven passes for 73 yards and a touchdown. Redshirt junior Kyle Junior had a scoop and score touchdown in the fourth quarter to secure the Falcons win.
