Several Central Michigan baseball players put together outstanding performances with their respective summer-league baseball teams.
Among them, pitchers Jordan Grosjean and Pat Leatherman, infielder Jason Sullivan, and outfielders Daniel Jipping and Daniel Robinson were selected to play in the all-star games in their respective leagues.
Robinson and Jipping also played in the Major League Dreams 16 game, a showcase featuring the top professional prospects in the Northwoods League.
Grosjean, a right-hander, is entering his senior year at CMU, while Jipping is a junior, and Robinson and Sullivan are sophomores.
