Baseball. Chippewas Host Michigan In P.C.U.P.S. Game On Wednesday

MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. -- The Central Michigan baseball team will take on Michigan in a non-conference game at 4:05 p.m. Wednesday at Theunissen Stadium.

It marks CMU’s third annual Prostate Cancer Awareness game. Representatives of the Prostate Cancer Understanding Prevention & Screening (P.C.U.P.S.) Foundation will be on hand, and the event aims to raise funds and awareness.

The Chippewas are 15-33, Michigan is 34-12. Dazon Cole (1-1), a redshirt freshman right-hander, will start for CMU, which has won four of its last five games. William Tribucher (3-1), a freshman left-hander, will start for the Wolverines who are seeking their sixth-consecutive victory.
