MOUNT PLEASANT, Mich. – Central Michigan will welcome Mid-American Conference rivals Eastern Michigan, Northern Illinois, Toledo and Miami (Ohio) to Kelly/Shorts Stadium in 2017.
The MAC released the league opponents today. Dates and kickoff times will be announced later.
The Chippewas will play MAC games at Ball State, Kent State, Ohio and at defending MAC champion Western Michigan next season.
“The MAC, as always, presents strong challenges that we will meet head-on as we work toward our goal of making the MAC Championship Game and winning the league title,” said John Bonamego, who is entering his third year as the Chippewas’ coach.
