Two more school records fell for the Spartans on Friday afternoon, as Case Western Reserve University junior Nathaniel Wahner broke his own mark in the 200-meter dash, and sophomore Danielle Kulpins topped her program-best time in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, over the course of a pair of meets.
Competing at the Gator Invitational, hosted by Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, Wahner finished fifth in the 200-meter dash, becoming the first Spartan athlete ever to break the 22-second mark in the event with a time of 21.93. The time topped his previous school-record mark of 22.
