Case Western Reserve University junior Travis Johnston's 2019 campaign was a catalyst for a very successful season by the CWRU football program. Johnston was selected to the All-Presidents' Athletic Conference First Team as a linebacker. He started in all 10 games he played in during the year and saw action in all three phases of the game. Johnston finished second on the team during the campaign with 70 tackles (34 solo), including 2.5 tackles for a loss and one sack. He added an interception, four pass breakups, three fumble recoveries, a forced fumble and two blocked kicks during the year.
