In a pair of games at Nobby's Ballpark in Cleveland on Friday afternoon, the Case Western Reserve University baseball team saw its seven-game winning streak come to an end with a 7-6 loss to John Carroll University in the early game, and trailed Ohio Wesleyan University 11-7 in the late contest before it was suspended after the eighth inning due to darkness.
The game against Ohio Wesleyan is scheduled to be completed on Sunday, when the Spartans head to Delaware, Ohio for games against the Bishops and the Allegheny College Gators.

The Blue Streaks stuck for three runs with two outs in the top of the ninth inning, coming from behind to defeat Case Western Reserve 7-6.
