The Case Western Reserve University men's basketball team suffered a 86-82 loss in overtime to Bethany College on the first day of the Bill Sudeck Holiday Tournament at Horsburgh Gymnasium on Thursday night.
The loss dropped the Spartans to 3-5 overall, while Bethany improved to 6-4 on the season. The Spartans will move to the consolation game of the tournament on Friday at 2:00 p.m. to face Centre College, which dropped to 4-5 on the year following a loss to SUNY Geneseo on Thursday.
