After a historic week for Case Western Reserve University athletics during which the men's tennis team won the first ever team national championship in the history of Spartan athletics, the spring season continues for all six of the spring sports teams. The men's and women's tennis teams have individuals competing in Orlando, Florida, for the NCAA Singles and Doubles Championships. The baseball and softball teams will play in NCAA Regionals, with the third-ranked softball team hosting play at Mather Park for the second straight season and the baseball team heading to Marietta, Ohio. For members of the track and field team, Thursday marks the final opportunity to earn qualifying times for the NCAA Outdoor Championships, with selections released on Friday night.
