Led by a rejuvenated offensive attack, the Case Western Reserve University baseball team upset eighth-ranked Baldwin Wallace University 12-7 on Thursday afternoon at Nobby's Ballpark in Cleveland, Ohio.
With the win, the Spartans improve to 13-13 on the season, while the Yellow Jackets drop to 17-4.
Four Spartans, junior catcher Jack Anderson, sophomore third baseman/pitcher Zack Carinci, graduate student designated hitter Tre Armstrong, and junior second baseman Trey Haley, each had multi-hit games for CWRU, which totaled 13 hits in the contest.
