The Case Western Reserve University track and field team set nine program records during the 2016 University Athletic Association Championships, as the Spartan women placed fourth and the men sixth at the two-day meet, hosted by New York University at the Armory Track and Field Center in New York, New York.
The CWRU women finished the meet with 40 points, trailing only first-place Washington University (167 points), the second-place University of Chicago (128 points) and third-place Emory University (102 points). The men placed sixth with 63.5 points, as Wash U. won the meet with 98, and Emory placed second with 96.
