Morgan & Wadas Named Final UAA Football Athletes of the Week of 2019

Case Western Reserve University junior wide receiver Colt Morgan was named the University Athletic Association Offensive Athlete of the Week for Football, while junior linebacker Skyler Wadas was selected as the conference's Defensive Athlete of the Week, for their play during the 25^th-ranked Spartans' 24-21 loss at 13^th/14^th-ranked Union College in the first round of the NCAA postseason in Schenectady, New York on Saturday. Morgan finished the game with 14 catches for 175 yards and a pair of touchdowns. He gave the Spartans a 7-0 lead with 9:44 remaining in the second quarter with a 30-yard scoring grab, and then caught a 15-yard touchdown pass with 6:23 left in the half to extend the Spartans' lead to 14-0.
