Case Western Reserve University senior Sam Merriman and the men's 4x400-meter relay team of senior Grant Mlack, senior Nicholas Knorz, sophomore Jonathan Haling and sophomore Michael Hradesky led the Spartans during the second day of the 2018 University Athletic Association Indoor Track and Field championships hosted by CWRU in Cleveland, Ohio.
The Spartan men finished fifth out of the seven teams at the meet, scoring 56 points during the two days of competition. Washington (Mo.) won the conference title for the men with 120 points, and were followed in the standings by Carnegie Mellon (106) and Chicago (69).
