Men’s Basketball Drops Road Contest to Kalamazoo

On Saturday afternoon at the Anderson Athletic Center in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the Case Western Reserve University men's basketball fell to Kalamazoo College 77-62. The loss drops the Spartans to 2-3 on the season, while the Hornets improve to 3-2.

First-year guard Cole Frilling led the team with eight points, and senior forward Michael Hollis led the team with seven rebounds.

Case Western Reserve started the game on a 9-2 run, leading by that score six minutes into the game. The Spartans pushed the lead to eight, 22-14, with over six minutes to go in the half on free throws from Frilling.
