The Case Western Reserve University men's basketball team led for all but 21 seconds on Sunday afternoon in a 90-60 win over New York University on Sunday afternoon at historic Adelbert Gymnasium in Cleveland, Ohio to finish Throwback Weekend. The Spartans improve to 11-9 on the season with their third straight victory and 4-5 in the University Athletic Association. The Violets fall to 8-12 overall and 1-8 in the UAA.
Four Spartans scored in double figures and 12 members of the squad scored in the contest, with first-year forward Cole Frilling leading the team with 19 points.
