The Case Western Reserve University recovered from a loss on Saturday night in dominant fashion on Sunday, picking up a 76-51 win over St. John Fisher College in the consolation game of the 2021 Sudeck Tournament, presented by Yalo, inside Horsburgh Gymnasium in Cleveland, Ohio.
The win raised the Spartans' record to 1-1 on the season, and gave the team a third-place finish at the tournament, while the Cardinals finished in fourth place and dropped to 0-2 on the year.
Just a day after struggling on both ends of the floor against a hot-shooting Wisconsin-Eau Claire team, CWRU turned around its game both offensively and defensively.
