Case Western Reserve University junior Cassandra Laios, senior Nathaniel Wahner and the men's 4x400-meter relay team of Wahner, junior Andrew Ibibo, sophomore Joseph Cabral and freshman Jonathan Haling led the Spartans during the second day of the 2017 University Athletic Association Indoor Track and Field championships hosted by Brandeis University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
The Spartan women finished fourth out of seven team at the meet, scoring 49 points during the two days of competition. Washington (Mo.) won the conference title for the women with 159 points, and were followed in the standings by Chicago (99) and Emory (45).
