Case Western Reserve University senior forward Cole Frilling received the final University Athletic Association Men's Basketball Athlete of the Week honor after averaging a double-double over the eighth-ranked Spartans' two NCAA Tournament games last weekend.
Frilling averaged 14.5 points and 11.0 rebounds, shooting 36.8% from the floor, 33.3% from three-point range, and 76.5% from the free throw line. He added a pair of assists, three blocks, and three steals. During Friday night's 82-76 first-round win over Arcadia, Frilling totaled 20 points and 12 rebounds, connecting on five-of-nine shots overall and two-of-three from long range, while making eight-of-11 attempts from the free throw line and collecting two assists, a block, and two steals.
