The Case Western Reserve University baseball team recorded its fourth-straight win with an 8-6 victory over 13th-ranked Denison University on Sunday afternoon at Nobby's Ballpark.
The Spartans improved to 14-11 overall with the win. CWRU ended a 10-game winning streak for the Big Red, who fell to 19-5 overall with the setback.
Senior designated hitter Trey Haley went three-for-five with a double, two RBI, and a run scored and sophomore outfielder Nick Harms added a three-for-five showing with three runs scored. First-year outfielder Matt Trout was two-for-three at the plate with three RBI and two walks.
