Case Western Reserve University won a pair of games on Saturday afternoon in Chestertown, Maryland, defeating the University of Rochester 8-4 in the early contest, and topping Washington College 8-5 in the late game.
The Spartans have now won three-straight games and four of their last five to improve to 5-9 overall on the season. Starting on three days rest, junior Ben Murphy pitched six innings without allowing an earned run, claiming the win in the game to improve to 2-0 on the season.
