The Case Western Reserve University baseball team ended its regular season on a high note on Sunday, sweeping a doubleheader against the University of Chicago with a 7-6 walk-off victory in the opening game of the day, and following with an 11-4 win in game two of the doubleheader at Nobby's Ballpark in Cleveland, Ohio.
The wins give the Spartans a sweep of the three-game series against Chicago, as the team ended the year on a four-game winning streak. Case Western Reserve stands at 29-10 on the season, while Chicago completed its 2018 campaign with a 26-13 record.
