After leading the University Athletic Association in scoring during the 2015-16 conference season, Case Western Reserve University senior guard Matt Clark was named to the All-UAA First Team, as selected by the conference coaches. In addition, senior guard Jimmy Holman earned an All-UAA Honorable Mention for his performance during the year.

Clark led all UAA scorers with 19.1 points per game in conference play this season, shooting 46.1% from the field, 35.6% from three-point range, and 84.4% from the free throw line (the third-best in the UAA during the season).
