D3baseball.com All-America Team Case Western Reserve University senior catcher Jack Anderson was named to the D3baseball.com All-America Third Team following his outstanding 2023 season. The website released its full list of All-Americans on Wednesday afternoon. Anderson becomes the sixth player overall and the first catcher in program history to be named an All-American, joining teammate Tyler Horvath (2022) and former Spartans Rocco Maue (2018), Andrew Gronski (2014), Andrew Frey (2014), Jarrett Gish (2013) and Chad Mullins (2011).
Anderson is coming off a record-setting campaign for the Spartans in 2023, following which he was named the University Athletic Association Position Player of the Year and to the All-UAA First Team, in addition to claiming a spot on the All-Region First Team.
