The Case Western Reserve University baseball team persevered through a longer-than-normal offseason filled with adversity due to the pandemic to turn in a strong campaign on the field in 2021, finishing the season with an overall record of 20-10.
The Spartans' offense was a major factor in the team's success during the season. CWRU batted .309 as a team with a .461 slugging percentage (79th in Division III) and a .397 on base percentage. The team scored 220 runs during the year, and its 7.3 runs per game ranked in the top-third of all Division III teams during the year.
