The Case Western Reserve University football team was picked to finish third in the Presidents' Athletic Conference, according to the league's preseason poll, released on Wednesday afternoon as a part of the PAC Football Media Day at St. Vincent College in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
The Spartans, who received votes in the D3football.com preseason national poll, totaled four first place votes (the second-most among all PAC schools) and 292 points in the PAC Preseason poll. It marked the most first-place votes and the highest finish in the PAC Preseason Poll during Case Western Reserve's three years as a football affiliate member of the conference.
