Tight end Greg Olsen left the Carolina Panthers in favor of a move to the Seattle Seahawks in free agency. This has left a gaping hole in the offense with the departure of such a reliable target.
Big things are expected of Ian Thomas with more time on the field in 2020. The player showed enormous promise in Olsen’s absence during his rookie year and did well in the limited targets sent his way last term.
If Thomas does not live up to expectations, a contingency plan will need to be put in place.
