CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carolina Panthers safety Kurt Coleman had two reasons to curse this week.
The first came in Monday night’s 26-15 win at Washington when Redskins tight end Jordan Reed punched him twice -- resulting in ejection -- after the two became entangled. The other came on Wednesday night when Coleman once again was snubbed for the Pro Bowl even though his 11 interceptions since 2015 are the most for an NFC safety. Coleman didn’t curse after either.
The seventh-year player out of Ohio State made the conscious decision about four years ago to give up foul language.
