The Carolina Panthers are hoping they got a steal when they landed undrafted free agent Garry Peters from Clemson. As for Peters? Well, he's feeling right at home, according to Bryan Strickland of Panthers.com.
"Coach Wilks hit me up during the draft," Peters told Panthers.com, referring to Panthers' assistant head coach Steve Wilks, who also coaches Carolina's defensive backs. "He was the first one to contact me, and he sounded so genuine. It felt like home for me.
