Prior to beginning an approximate six week break in preparation for the 2016 season, the Carolina Panthers concluded their three day minicamp in Charlotte on Thursday. Training camp will take place at Gibbs Stadium (Wofford College) in Spartanburg, South Carolina beginning on Thursday, July 28th.
The Panthers have called Spartanburg home for their entire preseason existence, beginning with the inaugural 1995 season. All training camp practices are free and open to the general public. Expectations are high for the Panthers this season and many expect the interest in training camp to far exceed past experiences.
Following is a training camp preview, with each practice lasting approximately two hours.
