Thoughts to Panthers’ Kelvin Benjamin, who revealed death of his mother on Instagram

Carolina Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin announced the death of his mother on Friday afternoon with an Instagram post.

In the post, Benjamin, 26, wrote that his mother passed away last weekend. The cause of death is unknown at this time.

I Buried my mom last weekend. I was in a dark place. But been around my bros! It crazy how I I feed off there Energy. Love mom keep watching over me.
