This is not a drill.
The Panthers reported on the team site tonight that they have agreed to terms with former Raiders wide receiver Hunter Renfrow. Renfrow spent all of his career so far with the Raiders, catching 269 passes for 2884 yards and 17 TDs. His best season came in 2021 following some decent numbers the previous two seasons, as he caught 103 passes for 1038 yards and 9 TDs that season. Since, he hadn’t eclipsed 400 yards in 2022 or 2023, and was released last season. He’s now a Panther!
I’m not entirely sure what to make of this signing, as the Panthers just drafted two wide receivers in the past few days of the NFL Draft in Tetairoa McMillan in the first round and Jimmy Horn Jr in the sixth round.
