Saying the Panthers are the best team in the NFC South is technically correct, which is the best kind of correct. The Panthers sit at 4-1, while the Falcons are 3-1, and the Buccaneers and Saints are both 2-2. By virtue of not having their bye week yet, the Panthers have one more win than the Falcons and are technically the best team in the division.
And it feels oh so good to say that.
