The Carolina Panthers offseason continues as the new league year begins Wednesday afternoon (4:00pm ET). At that point all previously announced moves become official once players put ink to paper as deals are signed. For the Panthers, a few free agent additions are already anticipated including bringing a few familiar faces back into the mix.
As with any offseason, the roster is in flux and adding a completely new coaching staff also comes with its own share of uncertainty. To this point, Carolina has seen an untimely retirement of linebacker Luke Kuechly, veteran tight end Greg Olsen take his talents to the pacific northwest and quarterback Cam Newton seek a trade.
