Ron Rivera after PGA Pro-Am: 'I'm not quitting my day job'

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Ron Rivera skulled his third shot on the par 4 third hole at Quail Hollow Club about hundred yards through the thick rough.

The Carolina Panthers coach had more rough and another hundred yards to the hole ahead of him when he stopped to mix it up with the gallery that came Monday to watch him play in the Wells Fargo Championship Pro-Am.

"I know one thing, I'm not quitting my day job," Rivera said with a laugh.

Those in the gallery laughed as well.

After watching Rivera finish the hole with a triple bogey, professional golfer Trevor Immelman echoed the coach's thoughts.
