Ed Dickson is on the move. The tight end is leaving the Carolina Panthers for the Seattle Seahawks. Friday, both sides agreed to a three-year deal worth up to $14 million per multiple media reports.
Ed Dickson was a mainstay for the Carolina Panthers at the tight end position. Serving as Greg Olsen’s backup for the past four seasons, he had his best season for the Panthers in 2017. He caught 30 passes for 437 yards and a touchdown. The 437 receiving yards were his most in a season since 2011. A member of the Baltimore Ravens, Dickson caught 54 passes for 528 yards and five touchdowns.
