The Carolina Panthers have activated cornerback Rasul Douglas off of the Reserve/COVID-19 list. Douglas has missed the Panthers last two games, both losses.
Douglas had taken control of the starting cornerback job opposite Donte Jackson early this season. He proved to be a lone bright spot amidst various injuries and Eli Apple at the cornerback position. That is in spite of being signed during roster cuts as a veteran cast off from the Philadelphia Eagles. Douglas didn’t just come in and out play the athletes that had been through camp with the Panthers, he actually came in and played well.
