Talks of Ron Rivera using veteran Torrey Smith circulated as well. But Curtis Samuel was not considered a big contender to be the No. 2 wide receiver for the Panthers this season.
Right now, Samuel is pleading his case to be WR2 and he’s doing it loud and clear.
Spending much of his offseason rehabbing, the second-year wide receiver has proved that his injury hasn’t slowed him down a bit.
