According to Howard Balzer, the Carolina Panthers brought in free agent offensive linemen Isame Faciane and Josue Matias for tryouts on Tuesday.
Faciane, 26, wound up signing on with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent out of Florida International back in May of 2014. He was unable to make the Vikings’ 53-man roster coming out of the preseason during his rookie year but was later added to the team’s practice squad.
The Vikings elected to bring him back Faciane back on a future/reserve contract before waiving him at the start of the 2016 season.
